Exchanges and Returns

Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it. The following conditions must be met:

✅ Conditions for Return or Exchange:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging;

  • The product must show no signs of use or consumption, and must be in the same condition it was received;

  • The product must be returned with tags (or protectors) attached, including manuals and all accessories.

❌ Important:

We do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizes.
We provide product measurements in centimeters to help you choose the correct size.

According to the Consumer Protection Code – Article 18, the store is not legally required to accept returns due to buyer’s remorse related to color, size, model, or any other reason.

⚠️ Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

Send an email to suportpetobsidian@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Product name;

  • Order number;

  • Email used during purchase;

  • Reason for the return or exchange;

  • Video showing the defect (if applicable).

Once all return details are verified, we will provide the return address. You will be refunded for both the product and the shipping costs.


Refund Methods

  • Credit Card: Refunds may appear on your statement within up to two billing cycles, depending on the card provider.

  • PIX (Instant Bank Transfer): Transfers to the customer’s account may take up to 10 business days after return confirmation.
